What does should i order for my 35 pound spaniel? She is constantly licking and swallowing and her Vet can not figure out what is wrong. Dr.Judy Morgan mentioned Jade Lady to me - but my vet wont prescribe because she does not know the herb. This is why i would like to know about this product. Stomach happy and its dosage . Thank you
Thank you for your question! Sometimes, if there isn't an allergy causing the licking, obsession or compulsions can present as licking. The herbs we recommend in that case are Shen Calmer or Liver Happy. A consult with a TCVM-trained vet would be best to help you, but we can accept authorizations from non-TCVM vets as well. If you need any help finding a vet, we recommend seeking a consult from our vet and creator of PET | TAO, Dr. Damron. He can be reached at www.whiteoakvet.com and can provide a telemedicine consult for you.
