Please Submit Your Veterinary Authorization Request Before Purchasing

If you do not already have a current veterinary authorization for the herbal formula you would like to purchase, please submit this request before paying for your order.

Veterinary authorization is not guaranteed. Your veterinarian may decide the herbal formula is not appropriate for your pet. 

Waiting for approval before purchasing helps prevent unnecessary charges and avoids waiting for a refund if your veterinarian does not authorize the product.

If you do not already have a veterinarian who can evaluate and authorize TCVM herbal formulas, you can schedule a TCVM telemedicine consultation with one of our veterinarians.

Once your authorization is approved, you can easily place your order with confidence.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT JING TANG PRODUCTS ONLY: Due to Jing Tang's recent policy change, we can only accept new authorizations from our authorizing veterinarians for Jing Tang products. If your veterinarian is not on our authorizing vet list, we must automatically deny your new authorization request for Jing Tang products. We can still accept authorizations for Kan Herbs and Herbsmith products from any vet. If you need help finding a TCVM-trained veterinarian to authorize Jing Tang herbs, please contact us.
