TCVM Pet Supply Return and Refund Policy 

PET | TAO Guarantee 

You may return any PET | TAO product for any reason within 10 days of receipt. We will refund, back to the original method of payment, the amount paid for the product (not including shipping charges).

You must return items within 10 days of shipment to be eligible for return or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging. 


Return Procedure 

You must get a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning products for refund or exchange. 

Request your RA# by contacting us here: 

Please state your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. 

We will send your RA# via email. Write your RA# on the outside of the package containing your returned item(s), and send to:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. 

For shipping damages, please keep the packing material for shipment inspection. 

Opened, marked or tagged merchandise (other than PET | TAO brand) CANNOT be returned. 


Incorrect Product Shipped 

If you have received an incorrect item, please reference your order number. We will provide instructions for returning the item and obtaining the correct replacement. You must report all items within the 10-day return policy period. 



Ordered the wrong size or item? Place a new order online for the correct item and return any item(s) that you do not want in their original condition following the instructions above. 


Refused Delivery 

If your order is returned to us because of a mistake in the address that was entered by you, we will charge you for the return shipping.

If FedEx is late due to FedEx error, we will assist in recouping a shipping refund from them for you. Please accept the late package instead of refusing it. 


Canceled Orders 

Please be aware that we process orders the same day they are placed. So, you may not be able to cancel your order after it is placed. 

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Once approved, we will process your refund applying the credit to your original payment method. The process usually takes 3-5 business days. 


Late or Missing refunds  

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your credit card company posts your refund. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a bank posts refunds.

Only regularly-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds. 



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
