Chi Dog Water Diet Fresh Human Grade Dog Food (29oz Trays - Choose 7 or 14 Trays)

Chi Dog Water Diet

Formulated to support original essence Jing, the foundation of Yin and Yang in the body. The diet is crafted to supplement Kidney Yin and Qi.

THE WATER DOG-"THE SHY ONE"

Your Water Dog is so sweet but can be scared of their shadow sometimes. It takes a while for them to feel comfortable. Curious, but hesitant at first, they will need coaxing to meet new people. They will often be alone, quietly thinking. Although when they are nervous, they will seek comfort from you or one of the other dogs in the house. Water Dogs are often large breed, (Gentle Giant) dogs who sit on your foot to keep you nearby. However, that sweet trembling Chihuahua is also a Water Dog. The Water Dog can be found sunbathing to warm themselves, often next to the cat, (for protection).

    QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

    Ask a Question
    • My dog has several food allergies and sensitivities. She is also prone to SIBO. Is it possible to make a trial of a food type, to make sure she can tolerate it, rather than buy the entire $120?

Thank you for your question! We only have 2 sizes of Chi Dog products, but please check with Chi Dog directly. They sell through their own website, too: https://chidog.com/vet/TCVMPET/. They sell their product in more sizes, and they may have an option to get a smaller amount of food and save money. Thank you for supporting Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine!

    • What food and treats will be ok for a dog with Cushing?

Thank you for your question! I'm sorry to hear your dog is struggling with these issues.

We recommend either liver or kidney treats.

For food, we recommend Chi Dog Water Diet or PET | TAO Chill freeze dried raw. We recommend cooling formulas for Cushing's.

Complement Immune is also a good supplement for dogs with Cushing's.

And, we have a free ebook (written by our vets and the creators of PET | TAO) you can download here: https://tcvmpet.com/products/dog-cushings-disease-ebook?variant=31345893605446

Also, we recommend checking with a vet to see which herbs would be best for your dog. There are various herbs (Rehmannia/Ophiopogon) for the condition you mentioned, but there is usually one perfect combination for your dog depending on their individual medical condition. Many herbs will help, but there are usually certain herbal formulas that will help the most.

If you can get an herbal recommendation from your vet, you can request authorization to purchase it from us here: https://tcvmpet.com/pages/get-an-authorization

You do not need an authorization for the food, supplements, or treats. It's just the Eastern herbal formulas made by Jing Tang and Kan that require the authorization form.
