FEEDING GUIDELINE
Please let each tray sit out overnight/ during the day to allow it to defrost. We recommend feeding Chi Dog at room temperature or warming up prior to serving.

There isn't any honey or sugar in Chi Dog Fire Diet.
Chi Dog products ship frozen, and once you receive your order you'll need to keep it in the fridge. Thawing it before serving is recommended. Once thawed, it's ready to serve!
Each of the trays of food is 29oz and we sell them in quantities of 7 trays or 14 trays.

My vet suggested PET TAO Solution Chill Canned Formula. My Dog has Cushing's. Could the Chi Dog Fire Diet be feed as well. Does it come in 1 big bag. Do you have to refrigerate after its open. To feed do you just add water? Thank you, Dr Kathleen

Chi Dog products ship frozen, and once you receive your order you'll need to keep it in the fridge. Thawing it before serving is recommended. Once thawed, it's ready to serve - no water needed. However, you can add extra water if you'd like your dog to have extra moisture.

This is the second time now the packages have cuts in them allowing air in to get ice all in the packages by the time I take them out to defrost. It's like a box cutter got ahold of them. I don't think I'm getting the freshest packages last two orders because of the cuts. I have pics of you'd like to see.
