My vet gave me Huo Xiang Zheng Qi Wan,. My cat is 1 point above normal value for T4 and have potential digestive issues, salivates. My other cat has full blown IBD with serious absorption issues and is now on prednisilone( he goes to a regular vet). I mentioned Wei Ling Tang to both and they were not familiar they were trained in Fl with Dr Xie. They are both very highly respected vets. I have read that the Wei Ling Tang really works for thyroid and is good to rebuild digestive wall. Is Huo Xiang Zheng Qi Wan just as effective?

Our veterinarians are not familiar with Huo Xiang Zheng Qi Wan, but they looked it up and since it has similar actions and Chinese indications as Wei Ling Tang, they suspect it would have a comparable effect. However, we can't say for sure since we don't carry that product yet or use it in our clinics.
