The bottle says this is for dogs and cats but are these ingredients suitable for human use, in the strength and combination of herbs? Are there undesirable side-effects in human consumption?

Approximately how many days or weeks or months might it take before I see any improvement, if at all? I give my 13lb dog 2 pills twice a day. I can ask my prescribing Veterinarian but would like to know from the source directly. Thank you.
