QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Ask a Question
  • My vet has recommended Metamucil or Psyllium powder for my cats constipation. She does not generally have a problem with hair balls. I am concerned about her choking with the powder product and was wondering if these will work for her instead. She is stage 2 Kidney disease so she eats only a renal diet with low protein and phosphorus (Royal Canin Renal diet (D). Will this product work for her and will it be okay with her kidney issues?

Thank you for your question! We're sorry to hear your cat is struggling with constipation.
