I have a 12 pound Havanese with nasal problems. Should you use the 0.2 or 0.5. Any information provided would be appreciated
Thank you for your question!
Here are the manufacturer's recommended dosing ranges:
One 0.5g capsule per 20 to 40 lb of body weight twice daily.
One 0.2g capsule for small dog/cat once a day <10lbs
For a 12lb dog, you can go with either product (based on your vet's recommendation). If your vet recommends one 0.2g capsule once per day even though your dog is a couple pounds over 10lbs, I'd go with that size.
We also have Concentrated 90g powder - the dose range for that is 0.1g to 0.25g per 10 to 20lbs twice daily.
You can request approval from your vet here (required for purchase): https://tcvmpet.com/pages/get-an-authorization.
