My gelding has been dealing with an itchy sheath/penis with a smelly smegma discharge year-round for 1.5 years. Our veterinarian has tested for many things but cannot find a good way to treat whatever condition he is going thru. Presently we are using more homeopathic treatments to treat his weakened immune system, and he is showing much improvement for the first time. His smegma is starting to change consistency and less smell. Could Genital Damp Heat help his itchiness inside his sheath? If so, how can I find someone to order it?
