Support Immunity™ is a remarkably simple formula that allows an animal to maximize its own health. Support Immunity™ enhances the immune response and the immune system by promoting homeostasis and supporting the normal detoxification process.
The herbs in Support Immunity™ have been shown to have numerous supporting effects. By maintaining the animal’s overall level of immunity, Support Immunity™ assists in the body’s innate resistance to pathogens and ability to keep itself healthy.
A healthy immune system is especially important during times of stress, exposure to illness, following an illness, or when the animal is not thriving.
BEHIND THE FORMULA
From a traditional Chinese perspective, Wei Qi (pronounced “way chee”), or the immune system, is considered to be the body’s defense. The root of all Qi in the body is the functioning of the stomach and spleen. The stomach breaks food down and the spleen absorbs and distributes the nutrients throughout the body and develops Qi.
Bacteria and viruses are opportunistic in nature and may only invade an animal’s body because they can. Herbsmith™ Support Immunity™ is a combination of Qi tonics that supports the ability of the stomach and spleen to properly utilize nutrients, develop Qi, and tonify blood. By maintaining these functions, Herbsmith™ Support Immunity™ promotes the overall level of Wei Qi, maintaining the body’s ability to keep itself healthy.
INGREDIENTS:
Astragalus (huang qi) – Tonifies blood.
Codonopsis Root (dang shen) – Tonifies Qi
DIRECTION FOR USE
POWDER FOR DOGS:
< 30 lbs……½ tsp. twice a day
30-80 lbs…..1 tsp. twice a day
80-120 lbs…1 ½ tsp. twice a day
> 120 lbs…..2 tsp. twice a day
FOR CATS:
¼ tsp. twice a day
TABLETS FOR DOGS:
< 30 lbs…….1 tablet twice a day/li>
30-80 lbs…..2 tablets twice a day
80-120 lbs…3 tablets twice a day
> 120 lbs……4 tablets twice a day
FOR CATS:
½ tablet twice a day
CAUTIONS:
Not to be used in pregnant pets. If the animal’s condition worsens or does not improve, stop product administration and consult your veterinarian. An examination from a veterinarian is recommended prior to using this product. Not for use within 48 hours of surgery/anesthesia.
