Herbsmith Athlete™: For The Athletic and Working Dog

ATHLETE: For The Athletic and Working Dog

OVERVIEW

Athlete™ For The Athletic and Working Dog helps maintain proper body composition by supporting stamina, endurance, oxygen utilization, and normal recovery time after strenuous activity. By making the body as balanced as possible, Athlete™ allows the canine athlete to attain peak performance.

Like any athlete, time and stress take a toll on the body of a competitive, active dog. The depletion of a dog’s natural level of fluids may lead to fatigue, lethargy, and decreased performance. Athlete™ is a combination of herbs used to balance the high-energy, athletic dog. Rather than providing a short-lived boost of enthusiasm, Athlete™ functions by maintaining the fluids of the body, enhancing exercise tolerance, and allowing the dog to attain peak performance.

BEHIND THE FORMULA

By nature the athletic dog is yang, which is exhibited as active, outward or energetic behavior with high levels of running and movement. This excess of yang can burn off the body’s yin, or fluids. Herbsmith Athlete ® is a yin tonic that nourishes the blood and balances the dog’s level of yin and yang. The herbs in Herbsmith™ Athlete™ have blood-moving properties that ease discomfort caused by normal training and competition.
