I want to order a refill of Dok's Formula.. My doctor is Cheryl Schwartz and she's on vacation this month and I don't want to bother her.
Thank you for your question! The manufacturer, Jing Tang, requires us to have a veterinary authorization on file for all Jing Tang Herbal orders.
This is because there are hundreds of herbal formulas, and if the wrong formula is chosen, the herbal formula may only help the pet a little bit. When the proper formula is chosen for the pet's individual characteristics, much more improvement is seen. We want to make sure all pets use the proper formulas for their individual situation and TCVM signs.
If your vet is on vacation, it is likely her staff can fill out the authorization form so your pet can get herbs.
