Ask a Question
  • Request for approval was submitted....have not received status.

Thank you for your question! Our records indicate we sent a request to your vet on 1/30 and sent you an email to let you know we made an attempt to contact your vet. It's possible that email went to your sopam folder (this happens sometimes). We'll keep trying to reach your vet until we hear back, and keep you updated!

  • Price?

Thank you for your question! The manufacturer of the herbs, Jing Tang, requires us not to print prices on our product pages unless customers are logged in. Since our answer to your question will show up on the product page, please log in to view prices of the items you're looking for. Or, if you don't want to create an account, you can email us at info@tcvmpet.com and we can provide the prices. Also, please note the monthly cost depends on your veterinarian's recommended dose. • What is the actual size of the teapill? Is it a size easy for cats to swalllow ? Is teapill less potent than the powder ?

Hi, thank you for your question!

Teapills contain 180 mg (0.18 g) per pill and are quite small—smaller than capsules. The active ingredients are the same as those found in the powder. Teapills are specially designed for small dogs and cats who can swallow pills or eat them when mixed with food. Our customers prefer concentrated powder since powders are the most economical option for large dogs.
