How long do you keep horse on hot hoof 2? I was told 1 month then switch to hot hoof 1

Usually, horses don't need to stay on the formula year-round. Hot Hoof 2 is used to get the inflammation under control and then horses are sometimes switched to Hot Hoof 1. The instructions for use given by the authorizing vet will differ based upon the horse's medical condition and even the climate/type of grass they eat. The vet will know the individual horse best.
